Government Issues Tenerife Heatwave Warning

The Cabildo have today issued a warning that Tenerife is due to experience a heatwave this weekend, peaking on Sunday 13th May and lasting until Thursday 17th May. The goverment are urging precaution and have imposed a ban on the use of fireworks and controlled agricultural burning.
