Title: Los Gigantes Carnaval
Location: Los Gigantes church plaza
Description: Centred on the church plaza, Los Gigantes flexes its Carnaval muscles with an Africa theme. The election of the Carnaval Queen is followed by a fancy dress dance on Friday night. Saturday is the little uns turn as the childrens Coso parade sets off at 4pm, followed at 9pm with a dance in the church plaza.
Sundays big Coso parade goes from the Puerto Santiago roundabout, winding down the hill into the village, starts around 5pm.
Monday night is the big finale, the sardine burial, carried down the same route, rested for dancing in the church plaza, and then burnt behind the Hotel Los Gigantes.
