With tapas like chuleta de cordero con aroma de almogrote (lamb with savoury cheese pate), pincho de batata con bacalao y mojo (cod, potato and Canarian sauce) and fresh cheese with salmon and asparagus to choose from, it’s going to be hard work picking which places to try. Pick up a tapas Z-card at any of the participating establishments and get it stamped. Collect 10 stamps and you can enter a draw to win dinner for two at any of the restaurants involved.
